A summary of every call
You get who called, what they wanted and what's pending, without listening to recordings.
Listening to recordings takes time and nobody does it. That’s why, after every call, RingParrot sends you a summary you can read in seconds that tells you whether you need to act.
What each summary includes
| Detail | Example |
|---|---|
| Who called | Name and number, if they gave them |
| What they wanted | A quote to replace a window |
| What was done | Visit booked for Thursday at 10:00 |
| What’s pending | Call back before Friday with the price |
| Whether it’s urgent | Clearly flagged so you see it first |
Where you get it
You can receive summaries in the RingParrot app and by email. If you connect your CRM, every call also arrives as a contact with its summary, with no copying by hand.
How it helps day to day
- Finish a task and in a minute you know what happened while you were busy.
- Messages don’t get lost: whatever is pending is written down, not left in someone’s memory.
- You respond better: when you call back, you already know what the customer wanted.
What it does for your business
- Home services: the summary arrives with the type of job and the address, ready to plan the visit.
- Repair shops: it includes the registration and what’s wrong with the car.
- Clinics: the front desk sees at a glance which appointments moved.
- Salons: you know who booked without opening the diary.
What to keep in mind
The summary is short on purpose. If you need the detail, the full transcript of the call is in your call history.
