Connects to your calendar and CRM
Appointments land in Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Cal.com, Calendly or your CRM.
A receptionist that books in one place and takes notes in another forces you to copy data by hand. RingParrot connects to the tools you already use, so every appointment and every contact shows up where you work.
What it connects to
| Tool | What the parrot does |
|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Checks free slots and creates appointments |
| Microsoft 365 / Outlook | The same, if your calendar is on Microsoft |
| Cal.com | Uses your event types and availability |
| Calendly | Books based on the events you’ve already set up |
| Your CRM | Creates or updates the contact and saves the call summary |
If you don’t use any of them, the RingParrot app includes a diary and a contact list.
How it works
- Connect your account from the app, using your tool’s sign-in.
- Choose which calendar or event types the parrot can use.
- From then on, every call updates your tools without you doing anything.
What it does for your business
- Clinics: appointments land in each practitioner’s calendar.
- Home services: every quote request reaches your CRM as an opportunity, with the address and job type.
- Salons: your online booking page and phone bookings share the same slots, with no double bookings.
What to keep in mind
The parrot only does what you allow: you can give it access to one specific calendar and nothing else. If your CRM isn’t on the list, tell us in the waitlist form so we know which integrations to prioritise.
Questions
Does it see all my personal appointments? It only checks the calendars you choose.
What if someone books online at the same time? The parrot checks availability at the moment of booking, so it never takes a slot that’s already gone.
